| cup | Honey | | 1/4
| cup | Prepared mustard | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Line a 9"x13" pan with foil. | | 2 | Melt the butter in the pan. | | 3 | Place the chicken skin-side down in the pan and sprinkle with ?tsp of salt. | | 4 | Blend the remaining salt, honey, mustard, and lemon juice. | | 5 | Brush half of the honey mixture on the chicken. | | 6 | Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 mins. | | 7 | Turn the chicken and brush with the remaining honey mixture. | | 8 | Bake for 30 mins. | | 9 | More, or until the chicken is tender. | | 10 | authors - ken beck and jim clark |
