Ingredients:
1 canReduced sodium chicken broth
1/2 cupWater
1 lbsPotatoes, cut into ?inch
-cubes
1 medCarrot, cut into ?inch
-slices
1 lbsBoned and skinned chicken
-breasts, cut into 1 inch
-chunks
1 medZucchini, cut into ?inch
-slices
3 Green onions, sliced
2 tspDried basil
Ds Salt and pepper to taste
Procedures:
1In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat combine broth and water.
2Cover and bring to boil.
3Add potatoes and carrot; cover and cook 5 minutes.
4Add chicken, zucchini, onions and basil; bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook until chicken is opaque throughout, about 7 minutes.
5Season with salt and pepper.
