Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsEarthworms
1/2 largeOnion, chopped
1/4 cupChicken bouillon
1 cupSour Cream
3 tbspButter
1/2 cupMushrooms (optional)
Whole wheat flour
Procedures:
1Thouroughly wash and purge the earthworms before using them.
2To purge, boil the worms three times and then bake them in the oven at 350 °F for 15 minutes.
3Coat the worms with flour and brown them in butter.
4Add salt to taste.
5Add bouillon and simmer for thirty minutes, stirring occasionally.
6Saute onions and mushrooms seperately in butter.
7Add both to the earthworms.
8Stir in sour cream.
9Serve over rice or chow mein noodles
