Ingredients:
1 lbsBeef, julienne
1 tbspSoy sauce
1 Egg white
1 tbspCornstarch
2 cupOil , for deep frying
Sauce:
2 tbspSesame seed paste, - or
2 tbspPeanut butter , diluted in
2 tbspWater
1/2 tspSalt
2 tspSugar
2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tbspRed wine vinegar
2 tbspSesame seed oil
1 tspPepper oil , -*check recipe
Procedures:
1Combine beef, salt, soy sauce, and cornstarch.
2Mix well with hand.
3Bring oil in wok to 400.
4Deep fry beef 1 minute.
5Drain.
6Remove beef.
7Bring oil to temperature again and deep fry 1 minute more.
8Drain and remove to platter mix ingredients into a smooth, thin sauce.
9Heat in saucepan and pour over beef.
10I like to add chopped carrot, or peanuts or whatever when i"m feeling creative
