Oriental noodles with vegetables

Ingredients:
175 gramsChinese egg noodles
1 1/2 tbspVegetable oil
1/2 Garlic clove, sliced/peeled
1/2 Chopped onion
1 Sliced carrot
1/2 Green pepper, diced
1/2 tbspSoy sauce
1/2 tbspSesame oil
1 tbspPeanuts
Procedures:
1Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes.
2Drain well.
3Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
4Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
5Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
6Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes.
7Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts.
8Serve.
