Ingredients:

| grams | Chinese egg noodles | | 1 1/2
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1/2
| | Garlic clove, sliced/peeled | | 1/2
| | Chopped onion | | 1
| | Sliced carrot | | 1/2
| | Green pepper, diced | | 1/2
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1/2
| tbsp | Sesame oil | | 1
| tbsp | Peanuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook the noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. | | 2 | Drain well. | | 3 | Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic and ginger for 1 minute. | | 4 | Add the onion and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. | | 5 | Add the pepper, and carrot and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. | | 6 | Add the noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes. | | 7 | Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil and sprinkle with the peanuts. | | 8 | Serve. |
