| lbs | Chicken parts, skinned | | 1/2
| tsp | Tarragon | | 1/2
| tbsp | Basil | | 1/2
| tbsp | Thyme | | 1/2
| tbsp | Garlic salt | | 1/2
| tbsp | Pepper, freshly ground | | 1
| tbsp | Seasoned salt | | 3
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 1
| large | Lemon, thinly sliced | | 1
| | Lemon, juiced | | 2
| | Bay leaves |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F. | | 2 | Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chicken. | | 3 | Cover the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil. | | 4 | Add chicken and cover with lemon slices. | | 5 | Drizzle lemon juice over chicken, add bay leaves and bake for 30 mins. | | 6 | Turn chicken and bake for 15 to 20 mins. | | 7 | Remove bay leaves. | | 8 | Serve hot or cold. | | 9 | Remove lemon slices before refrigerating. | | 10 | Serves 6 to 8. |
