Ingredients:

| lbs | Turkey breast | | | Salt and pepper, to taste | | 1/3
| cup | Honey | | 3
| tbsp | Dijon mustard | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Dried rosemary |

Procedures:
| 1 | Remove the skin from the turkey breast & discard. | | 2 | Place the turkey in a roaster pan. | | 3 | Season with salt & pepper. | | 4 | In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard & rosemary. | | 5 | Pour part of the glaze over the turkey & bake, uncovered, at 325f for about 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer registers 170 -175°F. | | 6 | If needed, add a bit of water to the bottom of the pan. | | 7 | Baste the turkey occasionally with the remaining glaze while it is baking. | | 8 | Per serving: 180 cal, 4.6 g fat (22.8%), 66 mg chol., 110 mg sodium serving ideas : leftovers make very tasty sandwiches |
