1/2 cupSour Cream
1/2 cupMayonnaise
2 tspWhite Wine Vinegar
1 tbspChopped Fresh Parsley
1 tbspChopped Green Onions
1/2 tspMinced Garlic
1/2 tspTabasco Pepper Sauce
3 tbspCrumbled Blue Cheese
Salt & Pepper To Taste
CHICKEN WINGS
12 Chicken Wings
Vegetable Oil For Frying
4 tbspMelted Butter Or Margarine
1 tspCatsup
1 tspTabasco Pepper Sauce
Celery Sticks
Procedures:
1Here"s an easy version of the tangy chicken wings that have captivated people all over the country.
2To make them hotter, just use more tabasco sauce.
3Serve these with plenty of napkins.
4~------------------------------------------------------------------------- in a bowl, beat together all of the dip ingredients until blended.
5Set aside.
6Remove the tips from the wings and discard.
7Separate the first and second joints of the wings with a sharp knife.
8Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
9In a heavy saucepan, heat about 2 inches of oil to 350°F on a deep-frying thermometer.
10Fry the wings, a few at a time, for about 6 minutes, until golden brown on all sides.
11Drain on paper towels.
12In a small bowl, mix the butter, catsup and tabasco sauce.
13Toss the wings in the butter mixture to coat thoroughly.
14Serve hot, and pass the dip and celery sticks
