| cup | Milk | | | -Salt and pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sprinkle ?teaspoon pepper over livers. | | 2 | Melt butter or margarine in large skillet and brown livers on all sides; add onion slices and ?teaspoon salt; saute until onions are golden. | | 3 | Beat eggs with milk, stir in parsley and pour over livers. | | 4 | Turn down heat and cover; cook until eggs are set. | | 5 | Divide in 4 portions and serve with toast. |
