Jerk chicken (weightwatchers)

Ingredients:
2 ozDry red wine
1/2 Jalapeno pepper, minced
2 tbspMinced scallions
1 tbsp+1 tsp oil
1 tbspAllspice
1 clGarlic, minced
1 1/2 tspCoriander
1/2 tspLo-sodium soy sauce
1/4 tspNutmeg
4 4-oz boneless chicken breast
1/2 tspCinnamon
Procedures:
1In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken until mixture forms a paste.
2Rub chicken evenly with spice mixture; cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, preferably overnight.
3Preheat broiler.
4Broil chicken on rack 10-15 minutes, turning once, until cooked through.
5Each serving provides: 1 fat, 3 proteins, 15 calories.
