Lemon chicken with noodles

Ingredients:
8 ozNoodles, no yolk egg type
2 Chicken breasts, halved
- skinless, boneless
1 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tspPaprika
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water for 8 minutes, or until just tender.
2Drain and keep warm.
3Meanwhile place the chicken breasts between sheets of was paper * and pound lightly with a mallet to an even thickness.
4In a small shallow container, mix the oil, lemon juice, paprika and pepper.
5Dredge the chicken in the mixture to coat both sides.
6Heat a large no=-stick frying pan over medium-high heat for one minute.
7Add the chicken.
8Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the chicken is opaque; do not overcook.
9Serve over the noodles.
