Lime pepper chicken

Ingredients:
1/2 tspFinely shredded lime peel
1/3 cupLime juice
2 tbspCooking oil
1 tspDried thyme, crushed
1 tspCracked black pepper
1/2 tspGarlic salt
2 To 2 ?lbs. meaty chicken
-pieces(breasts, wings, thighs
-, legs)
Procedures:
1Preheat the broiler.
2Meanwhile, for sauce, in a small bowl, stir together lime peel, lime juice, oil, thyme, pepper and garlic salt.
3Set mixture aside.
4Place chicken, skin side down, on a unheated rack in a broiler pan.
5Brush with sauce.
6Broil 4 to 5" from the heat for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned, brushing often with sauce.
7Turn chicken.
8Brush with sauce.
9Broil 10 to 15 minutes more or until no longer pink, brushing often with sauce.
10Makes 4 servings.
