Ingredients:
1 Chicken, cut into pieces
Flour, salt, pepper & paprik
4 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspParsley, chopped
1 cupMushrooms, sliced
1 smallOnion, chopped
6 Artichoke hearts, cooked -OR
- canned
1 Garlic clove, chopped
4 tbspWhite wine
Procedures:
1Dust the chicken with a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2Heat the olive oil and fry chicken until golden.
3Cover skillet; reduce heat and cook until tender.
4Remove chicken.
5Add parsley, mushrooms, onion, artichoke hearts, and garlic to skillet.
6Cook until onion is tender.
7Add the white wine and replace chicken in skillet.
8Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
