| | New York strip steaks | | | -- each about 1 inch thick | | 1/4
| cup | Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce | | | -- (Lite, Kikkoman) | | 1
| | Garlic clove, minced | | 1/8
| tsp | Black pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Trim fat from steaks; place steaks in large plastic bag with mixture of lite teriyaki sauce, garlic and pepper. | | 2 | Press air out of bag; close top securely. | | 3 | Marinate 45 minutes; turn bag over once. | | 4 | Reserving marinade, broil or grill steaks about 5 minutes on each side (for rare), or to desired doneness, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade. | | 5 | Makes 6 3-oz servings. |
