Sesame pork tidbits with sweet & sour sauce

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsBoneless Pork Loin
1/2 cupCornstarch
1/4 cupTeriyaki Sauce
3 tbspLightly Toasted Sesame Seeds
3 cupVegetable Oil
SWEET & SOUR SAUCE
1/4 cupSugar
1/4 cupVinegar
1/4 cupCatsup
1/4 cupWater
1 tbspTeriyaki Sauce
1 1/2 tspCornstarch
Procedures:
1Trim excess fat from pork; cut into 1 inch cubes and set aside.
2Thoroughly combine cornstarch, teriyaki sauce and sesame seed in medium bowl (mixture will be very stiff).
3Stir in pork cubes; let stand 30 minutes.
4Meanwhile, prepare sweet & sour sauce; (see below) keep warm.
5Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat to 300°F.
6Add 1/3 of the pork cubes and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
7Remove and drain on paper towels.
8Repeat with remaining pork.
9Serve immediately with warm sweet & sour sauce.
10Sweet & sour sauce: combine sugar, vinegar, catsup, water, teriyaki sauce and cornstarch in small saucepan.
11Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
