| | 2 ?-3Lb Broiler-Fryer | | | -Chicken, Cut Up | | 2
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/2
| cup | Onion, Chopped | | 1
| | Clove Garlic, Medium, Minced | | 1
| | 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce | | 3/4
| cup | Chicken Broth | | 1
| tbsp | Vinegar | | 1/4
| tsp | Chili Powder | | 1/2
| cup | Light Raisins | | 1/2
| cup | Pimento-Stuffed Green | | | -Olives, Sliced | | 1
| | Green Pepper, Cut In Strips |

Procedures:
| 1 | In skillet, brown chicken in butter; remove chicken. | | 2 | Add onion & garlic to skillet; cook till lightly browned. | | 3 | Add dash salt & remaining ingredients except green pepper. | | 4 | Return chicken to skillet; spoon sauce over all. | | 5 | Cover; simmer 30 minutes. | | 6 | Add green pepper; cover and cook 10 minutes more. | | 7 | Serve with rice. | | 8 | Notes : i usually add more chili powder to this recipe. | | 9 | A dish i"ve been making for years and everyone loves it! recipe by: bh&g, favorite ways with chicken |
