Ingredients:
4 tbspMargarine
6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/2 lbsFresh Mushrooms, Sliced
1/2 cupOnion, Chopped
1 cupDry White Wine
1 cupChicken Bouillon
1 tbspParsley, Chopped
Garlic Powder
1 1/2 tspOregano
1 tspSalt
Pepper
4 tbspFlour
1/2 cupWater
Procedures:
1Brown chicken breasts in melted margarine, remove and set aside.
2Saute mushrooms & onions in the same pan until tender.
3Return chicken to pan.
4Add wine, bouillon, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt & pepper.
5Cover chicken and simmer 40 minutes.
6Remove chicken.
7Blend flour & water into pan juices.
8Stir until thickened.
9Return chicken to pan.
10Heat through or refrigerate until serving time, then reheat
