Ingredients:

| lbs | Boneless Pork Loin | | 1/2
| cup | Cornstarch | | 1/4
| cup | Teriyaki Sauce | | 3
| tbsp | Lightly Toasted Sesame Seeds | | 3
| cup | Vegetable Oil | | | SWEET & SOUR SAUCE | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 1/4
| cup | Vinegar | | 1/4
| cup | Catsup | | 1/4
| cup | Water | | 1
| tbsp | Teriyaki Sauce | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Cornstarch |

Procedures:
| 1 | Trim excess fat from pork; cut into 1 inch cubes and set aside. | | 2 | Thoroughly combine cornstarch, teriyaki sauce and sesame seed in medium bowl (mixture will be very stiff). | | 3 | Stir in pork cubes; let stand 30 minutes. | | 4 | Meanwhile, prepare sweet & sour sauce; (see below) keep warm. | | 5 | Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat to 300°F. | | 6 | Add 1/3 of the pork cubes and cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown, about 2 minutes. | | 7 | Remove and drain on paper towels. | | 8 | Repeat with remaining pork. | | 9 | Serve immediately with warm sweet & sour sauce. | | 10 | Sweet & sour sauce: combine sugar, vinegar, catsup, water, teriyaki sauce and cornstarch in small saucepan. | | 11 | Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened |
