| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Ground white pepper | | 3
| tbsp | All-purpose flour | | 2
| | Eggs | | 2
| tbsp | Water | | 2
| cup | Roasted peanuts, ground | | 1/4
| cup | Butter or margarine |

Procedures:
