Pat# with chicken livers

Ingredients:
1 lbsChicken liver
1/2 lbsButter
1 medOnion
1/4 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspCloves, ground
Salt & pepper, to taste
Wine, white, dry
1 dashTabasco sauce
Procedures:
1Put liver in a baking dish and add butter.
2Bake at 350°F.
3Until done.
4Cool liver.
5Grind liver and onion.
6Mix liver, butter and onion, nutmeg and cloves.
7You may need to add a bit more melted butter to make it spreadable.
8Add salt and pepper.
9Add wine to the liver, to moisten.
10Add a dash of tabasco.
11Place in a terrine and allow to chill overnight.
12Garnish and serve.
