Ingredients:
4 Chicken breast
4 Thin slices of ham
4 Slices of Fontina
-or Gruyere cheese
4 Small slices of truffles
2 ozSeasoned flour
3 Beaten eggs
Oil for frying
Salt and pepper
Bread crumbs
Procedures:
1Skin the breast of chicken and make a cavity in the side.
2Open the pocket and insert the slices of ham, cheese and truffles.
3Pass in seasoned flour, beaten egg and crumbs and fry in deep fat till golden brown for 6 minutes.
