Ingredients:
2 tbspCornstarch
3/4 tspSalt (optional)
1/2 tspNutmeg
2 Lg egg whites
3/4 cupSkim milk
1 lbsVery lean ground beef
2/3 cupCream of mushroom soup
Procedures:
1Place first 4 ingredients and ?cup milk in mixer bowl and mix at low speed to blend well.
2Add beef to mixer bowl and mix at low speed to blend well.
3Shape 18 meatballs using about 1 ?tablespoons mix per meatball.
4(the mixture will be soft).
5Place in a 9 x 13 pan that has been lined with aluminum foil or sprayed with cooking spray.
6Bake 30 minutes at 375°F.
7Remove from pan while still hot and place in a 1 ?quart casserole.
8Mix soup and remaining ?cup milk well and pour over meatballs.
9Cover and bake at 350f for 30 minutes.
10Serve 3 meatballs per serving with a little of the sauce.
