Ingredients:
1/4 cupButter or margerine
1/4 cupFlour, all purpose
1 Chicken fryer, cut up
(2-?)
2 Eggs
1 tbspPaprika
1/2 tspOnion salt
2 tbspLemon juice
1 cupBread crumbs, dried pkgd.
Procedures:
1Rantott csirke (oven fried paprika chicken) melt butter in 350°F. oven in 13"x9"x2" baking pan.
2Meanwhile, put flour in paper bag and shake chicken pieces one at a time until coated.
3Set aside.
4In a bowl, beat eggs with fork; combine in salt, paprika, onion salt and lemon juice until well blended.
5Dip the flour coated chicken pieces in egg mixture, then in crumbs, turning to coat evenly.
6Then set into melted butter in baking dish; arrange chicken skin side down.
7Bake about 45 minutes or until fork tender, turning once.
