2 tbspDark sesame oil
1 tbspLow-sodium soy sauce
1 tspDijon mustard
1 tspHoney
1 clGarlic, crushed
3 cupTorn leaf lettuce
1/2 cupSliced celery
1/2 cupSliced radishes
1/2 cupChopped fresh parsley
1/3 cupDiagonally sliced fresh
-snow peas -- (?inch)
1/3 cupSliced green onions
3 tbspChopped fresh cilantro

Procedures:
1Recipe by: cooking light, may/june 1993, page 138 preparation time: 0:05 bring water to a boil in a large dutch oven.
2Add somen; return to a boil, a combine ?cup orange juice and 1 teaspoon soy sauce; stir well.
3Place chicken on a broiler rack coated with cooking spray; place rack on a combine 1 cup orange juice and next 8 ingredients in a large bowl; stir wel notes : substitute angel hair pasta for somen, if desired
