3 1/2 lbsChicken, skinless
1 eachLemon
Lindberg Snyder Barbecue
Seasoning
Procedures:
1Wash chicken thoroughly and dry with paper towels.
2Rub chicken all over with lemon juice, including the cavity.
3Sprinkle generously with barbecue seasoning spice.
4roast at 450?for 15 minutes.
5Reduce oven temp.
6To 350?and continue to cook for a total of 15 - 20 minutes per pound.
