Ingredients:

| | Chicken breasts, skinned | | 1
| cup | Rice, uncooked | | 1
| can | Mushroom soup (condensed) | | 2
| cup | Chicken broth | | | Mushrooms, to taste | | 1/2
| cup | Dry white wine or sherry |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put rice in bottom of a baking pan. | | 2 | Measure 1 cup of undiluted soup into a saucepan; set the rest aside. | | 3 | Mix broth and soup together and bring to a boil. | | 4 | Pour over the rice.=14 =14 lay chicken breasts on top, add mushrooms, then sprinkle the whole thing with wine. | | 5 | Cover with a lid or foil and bake at 400 until rice is tender and chicken is golden. | | 6 | This will take about 1 hour. | | 7 | (from hgb single girls cookbook, 1969). | | 8 | by glevy@prodigy.net |
