Simple chop suey

Ingredients:
1 smallOnion, sliced
2 Carrots, julienned
8 ozCan bamboo shoots
12 ozCan bean sprouts
1 tbspSunflower oil
1 smallGarlic clove, crushed
3 tbspSoy sauce
Procedures:
1Drain the bamboo & sprouts.
2Remove as many of the green pods as possible.
3Heat the oil in a wok & crush the garlic into it.
4Add the onion & carrots.
5Stir fry for a few minutes or until the onion has softened slightly.
6Stir in the bamboo shoots & cook for a minute.
7Add the bean sprouts & cook for another minute.
8Add soy sauce.
9Serve immediately.
