Homemade cream soup substitute

Ingredients:
2 cupInstant non fat dry milk
3/4 cupCornstarch
1/4 cupInstant low sodium
Chicken bouillon
2 tspDried onion flakes
1 tspBasil and thyme opt
2 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Combine dry milk, cornstarch, bouillon, onion flakes, basil, thyme and pepper.
2To make the equivalent of one can of soup, use the 1/3 cup of the mix and 1 ?cup water and cook until thickened.
3Note: beef bouillon may be used in place of the chicken.
4Mushrooms may be added to the sauce for a mushroom soup base.
