Ingredients:

| small | Onion, diced | | 1/3
| tsp | Celery salt | | 1/4
| lbs | Butter | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| | Celery ribs, diced | | 1
| tbsp | Lemon juice | | 3
| tbsp | Flour | | 1/2
| cup | Ground peanuts | | 2
| quart | Hot chicken broth | | 1
| lbs | Peanut butter (creamy) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter in sauce pan and add onion and celery. | | 2 | Saute for 5 minutes (do not brown). | | 3 | Add flour and mix well. | | 4 | Stir in chicken broth and simmer for 30 minutes. | | 5 | Remove from heat and strain. | | 6 | Add peanut butter, celery salt, salt, and lemon juice. | | 7 | Sprinkle ground peanuts on top before serving. | | 8 | makes 20 ?c. servings. |
