Hot or cold broccoli soup

Ingredients:
1 bunchBroccoli
3 tbspButter
1 Onion, chopped
3 tbspFlour
3 tbspCurry powder
6 cupStock-beef, chicken, veg
Salt and pepper
Cream (optional)
Procedures:
1Recipe by: recipes only cut off coarse stems and peel remaining stems of broccoli.
2Stem till tender.
3In heavy saucepan, melt butter, and saute onion gently.
4Stir in flour and cook one minute.
5Add curry powder.
6Stir and cook one minute.
7Add hot stock and stir till boiling.
8Puree cooked broccoli in food processor and add to hot stock.
9Serve hot or cold.
10In either case cream may be added to taste.
11For 4 servings- 150 cal/serving.
