Ingredients:

| | Carrots, diced | | 3
| | Potatoes, diced | | 2
| | Stalks of celery, diced | | 1
| med | Onion, diced | | 1
| can | Cheddar cheese soup | | | Salt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Brown ground beef and pour off excess fat. | | 2 | In another pan cook carrots, potatoes, celery adn onion in just enough water to cover vegetables for about 10 minutes. | | 3 | Add vegetable cooking water and vegetables to meat. | | 4 | Salt to taste. | | 5 | Add 1 can cheddar cheese soup. | | 6 | Cover and simmer on low heat for about ?hour. | | 7 | Randy rigg |
