Japanese egg drop soup

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupDashi
1 tspSauce, soy
1 Eggs
Laver seaweed
2 Onions, green
Salt
1 tbspTapioca powder, in water
Small piece ginger
1/2 tspOil, sesame
Procedures:
1Bring stock to boil.
2Add soy sauce and salt.
3Stir in tapioca mixture.
4Pour egg in very fine stream while stirring.
5Put minced ginger in bottom of each bowl, add soup, sprinkle laver, add minced green onions.
6cornstarch is used the same as tapioca flour.
