Ingredients:

| cup | Dashi | | 1
| tsp | Sauce, soy | | 1
| | Eggs | | | Laver seaweed | | 2
| | Onions, green | | | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Tapioca powder, in water | | | Small piece ginger | | 1/2
| tsp | Oil, sesame |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bring stock to boil. | | 2 | Add soy sauce and salt. | | 3 | Stir in tapioca mixture. | | 4 | Pour egg in very fine stream while stirring. | | 5 | Put minced ginger in bottom of each bowl, add soup, sprinkle laver, add minced green onions. | | 6 | cornstarch is used the same as tapioca flour. |
