Ingredients:
1/2 cupConcentrated meat broth
2 cupBoiling water
2 tspGelatin
1/2 Bay leaf
1 Clove
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
Chopped parsley
Salt and pepper
1 tbspCold water
1 tspCelery salt
Procedures:
1Combine broth, water, bay leaf, clove, celery salt, and worcestershire sauce.
2Season to taste.
3Simmer 10 minutes.
4Strain.
5Add gelatin which has been softened in cold water.
6Stir until dissolved.
7Pour into bouillon cups.
8Chill until firm.
9Garnish with chopped parsley.
