La madeleine's tomato soup

Ingredients:
4 cupTomatoes, peeled & chopped
4 cupTomato Juice
14 Basil leaves, fresh
1 cupHeavy Cream
4 ozButter
Salt & Pepper, to taste
Procedures:
1Combine tomatoes and juice in stock pot.
2Simmer 30 minutes.
3Puree along with basil leaves in processor.
4Return to stock pot and add heavy cream and butter.
5Adjust seasonings to personal preference.
