| cup | Chicken Stock | | 1
| cup | Lentils, Washed | | 1/4
| cup | Parsley, Chopped | | 6
| oz | Tomato Paste | | 28
| oz | Plum Tomatoes | | 1
| cup | Brown Rice, Uncooked | | 1
| tsp | Vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Parmesan, Grated |

Procedures:
