| can | VEG-ALL Mixed Vegetables | | | -with liquid (16 oz) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat oil in stock pot; cook onion 1 minute. | | 2 | Add broth, lentils, smoked ham hock, bay leaf, thyme, pepper and garlic; bring to a boil. | | 3 | Reduce heat and simmer until lentils are tender. | | 4 | Stir in can of veg-all; heat through and serve. |
