Ingredients:
| 5
| slice | Bacon, chopped | | 2
| med | Onions, sliced | | 3
| cup | Potatoes, diced | | 2
| cup | Water | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/8
| tsp | Pepper | | 1
| can | Corn, creamed | | 1
| cup | Milk |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large pot......cook bacon until crisp. | | 2 | Remove, drain on paper towels and set aside. | | 3 | Saute onion in bacon drippings until soft. | | 4 | Add potatoes water salt and pepper. | | 5 | Bring to a boil. | | 6 | Reduce heat, cover and simmer 12-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. | | 7 | Add corn and milk; heat throughly. | | 8 | Garnish with bacon. | | 9 | About 9 cups. | | 10 | Note; you can use chicken broth instead of milk if you prefer. |
