Mamma's pasta e fagioli

Ingredients:
16 ozCan of cannellini beans
8 ozCan of tomato sauce
1 cupWater
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbspOlive oil
1/2 lbsElbow or ditalini macaroni
Cooked al dente
Fresh parsley, chopped
Grated cheese
Procedures:
1Fry the garlic in oil gently until golden brown.
2Add the tomato sauce & water and cook for 10 minutes.
3Add the beans, stir gently.
4Drain and add the pasta to the bean mixture.
5Stir gently.
6If it gets too thick, add a little water.
7Add the parsley and serve immediately or the pasta will absorb all the liquid.
8Sprinkle with cheese and serve with italian bread (from "eat this" by dom deluise)
