Ingredients:
48 ozCan tomato juice
1/4 cupSalad oil
SEASONINGS
4 tbspLemon juice
1/2 tspGarlic salt
Ds Accent seasoning
2 tspSalt
2 tspWorcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tspVinegar
1/2 cupSugar
VEGETABLES
1 cupCarrots, grated
1 cupCarrots, finely sliced
1 Cucumber, finely diced
1 Green pepper, finely diced
3 Tomatoes, chopped
1 cupCelery, chopped fine (opt)
3 largeRadishes, thinly sliced
Parsley flakes
1/4 cupOnions, finely diced
-OR-
1 cupGreen onions including stems
-(or use some of both)
Cauliflower fleurets (opt)
Broccoli buds (optional)
Procedures:
1Beat tomato juice and salad oil in a blender.
2Add the seasonings to the previous mixture and blend.
3Then chill this mixture while preparing the vegetables.
4Add the prepared vegetables to the mixture and chill again.
5Sprinkle with parsley before serving cold.
