| oz | Slice Fully Cooked Ham * | | | 2 ea Stalks Celery ** | | 11
| oz | Mandarin Orange Sections *** | | 1
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 1/8
| tsp | Ground Ginger |

Procedures:
| 1 | * slice of ham should be cut into ?inch chunks. | | 2 | ** celery should be cut into ?inch chunks on a slant cut (bias) *** mandarin oranges should contain pineapple also. | | 3 | If they do not, you may add your own pineapple or leave it out. | | 4 | ~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- in a 1 ?quart casserole micro-cook ham, celery, 1 t water, covered, on 100% power for 3 to 4 minutes or till heated through. | | 5 | Drain orange sections with pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup liquid. | | 6 | In a 1-cup measure stir together cornstarch and cinnamon. | | 7 | Stir into reserved liquid. | | 8 | Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 ?minutes or till thickened and bubbly, stirring every 30 seconds. | | 9 | Drain liquid off ham and celery mixture. | | 10 | Stir in thickened mixture. | | 11 | Stir in orange sections with pineapple. | | 12 | Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power about 1 ?minutes or till heated through. | | 13 | Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired |
