Ingredients:

| | To 7 cloves minced garlic | | 2
| | Potatoes, peeled and | | | -chopped | | 8
| oz | Can water-packed artichokes | | | -drained | | 4
| oz | Can sliced | | | -black olives, drained | | 8
| oz | Can tomato sauce | | 1
| tsp | Italian herb mix |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place the beans in a large pot with the water. | | 2 | Cover and cook over medium heat for 1 hour. | | 3 | Add the onion and garlic and continue to cook until the beans are tender, 1 to 1 ?hours. | | 4 | Add the potatoes and cook another 20 min. add the remaining ingredients and cook for about 10 more min. note: if you soak the beans overnight, the total cooking time may be reduced by 30 min. |
