Orange-garlic pork chops

Ingredients:
6 eachPork chops
1 medOrange
4 eachCloves fresh garlic
1/2 smallOnion
1/4 tbspPowdered ginger
Pepper
2 tbspButter
Salt to taste
Procedures:
1Remove fat from chops.
2Squeeze orange into small bowl, keeping as much pulp as possible.
3Press garlic into arange juice.
4Using garlic press, squeeze onion into orange-garlic mixture, being sure to remove onion skin.
5Add ginger and a pinch of pepper; stir well.
6Place chops in shallow baking dish, cover with marinade and let stand for at least 45 minutes.
7Melt butter in skillet with lid.
8Remove chops from marinade, reserving marinade, and brown chops on both sides in butter.
9Cover with remaining marinade and cook, covered for 10 minutes.
10Remove cover and cook until fork tender.
11Add salt and pepper to taste
