Mexican soup - crockpot

Ingredients:
1 lbsLean ground beef
8 cupChicken stock
4 tbspFlour
1 Egg
1 Chili pepper
4 medCarrots, grated
5 1/2 tbspMinute rice
1/2 lbsSpinach fresh or frozen
-chopped
1/2 tspOregano
1/4 lbsHam chopped
2 1/2 tbspParsley
Procedures:
1Mix beef, ?cup stock, flour and egg.
2Form into small balls.
3Set aside.
4Put remaining stock, chili pepper, carrots and rice in crockpot on high to simmer.
5When simmering add meat balls cover and cook ?hour.
6Then turn heat on low and cook 3 hours.
7Add other ingredients and cover and cook for 20 more minutes.
8May be served with lemon wedges if desired.
