Procedures:
| 1 | In 3-quart saucepan over medium heat saut onions and garlic in oil 5 minutes. | | 2 | Add broth and potatoes; bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook until potatoes are just tender, about 10 minutes. | | 3 | Add vegetables, beans and herb seasoning. | | 4 | Cover and simmer 10 minutes. | | 5 | Ladle into bowls. | | 6 | Sprinkle each serving with cheese. | | 7 | makes 4 servings |
