Minted pea and potato soup

Ingredients:
1 Medium onion, finely chopped
2 clGarlic
2 Medium potatoes, peeled
Diced
2 tbspOlive oil
4 cupChicken stock or broth
2 cupFrozen peas
1 tspDried mint
Salt and Pepper to taste
Yogourt
Procedures:
1Cook onion, garlic and potatoes in oil.
2Add stock, peas and mint to taste.
3Simmer covered until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
4Puree and season with salt and pepper.
5Serve in heated bowls with a swirl of yogourt.
