Ingredients:

| | Medium potatoes, peeled | | | Diced | | 2
| tbsp | Olive oil | | 4
| cup | Chicken stock or broth | | 2
| cup | Frozen peas | | 1
| tsp | Dried mint | | | Salt and Pepper to taste | | | Yogourt |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook onion, garlic and potatoes in oil. | | 2 | Add stock, peas and mint to taste. | | 3 | Simmer covered until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes. | | 4 | Puree and season with salt and pepper. | | 5 | Serve in heated bowls with a swirl of yogourt. |
