Orange roast brisket

Ingredients:
3 Onions
4 lbsBrisket of Beef, first cut
1/2 cupRed Wine
1 cupOrange Juice
3 tbspTomato Sauce
1 tspSugar
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2Use covered roasting pan.
3Place onions on bottom and brisket on top, fat side up.
4Combine wine, orange juice, tomato sauce and sugar.
5Pour over meat.
6Add spices and roast in covered pan for 2 ?hours.
7Raise heat to 350 degrees and roast for ?hour uncovered.
8Slice against grain when cooled
