| cup | Orange Juice | | 3
| tbsp | Tomato Sauce | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | | Salt | | | Pepper | | | Garlic |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 325 degrees. | | 2 | Use covered roasting pan. | | 3 | Place onions on bottom and brisket on top, fat side up. | | 4 | Combine wine, orange juice, tomato sauce and sugar. | | 5 | Pour over meat. | | 6 | Add spices and roast in covered pan for 2 ?hours. | | 7 | Raise heat to 350 degrees and roast for ?hour uncovered. | | 8 | Slice against grain when cooled |
