Ingredients:

| lbs | Beef Top Sirloin Steak | | | -(boneless) | | | -- cut ?to 1-inch thick | | | MARINADE | | 1/3
| cup | Orange juice | | 1
| tbsp | Balsamic vinegar | | | -OR- red wine vinegar | | 1
| tbsp | Finely chopped onion | | 1
| tsp | Fresh rosemary, chopped | | 1/4
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Coarse ground black pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. | | 2 | Place trimmed steak in a sealable plastic bag with marinade. | | 3 | Turn bag over to coat steak with marinade. | | 4 | Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours, turning occasionally. | | 5 | Remove steak from marinade and place on grill 4-6 inches from medium coals. | | 6 | (test temperature of coals by holding palm over grill at cooking height. | | 7 | If the heat forces you to pull away in 4 seconds, coals are medium). | | 8 | Grill steak 12-16 min., turning once halfway through cooking time. | | 9 | Slice and serve. | | 10 | Serving suggestion: rice pilaf and green beans with almonds. | | 11 | Serves 4 to * cookfdn brings you this recipe with permission |
