Orange-rosemary marinated sirloin steak

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsBeef Top Sirloin Steak
-(boneless)
-- cut ?to 1-inch thick
MARINADE
1/3 cupOrange juice
1 tbspBalsamic vinegar
-OR- red wine vinegar
1 tbspFinely chopped onion
1 tspFresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspCoarse ground black pepper
Procedures:
1Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl.
2Place trimmed steak in a sealable plastic bag with marinade.
3Turn bag over to coat steak with marinade.
4Marinate in refrigerator for 2 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
5Remove steak from marinade and place on grill 4-6 inches from medium coals.
6(test temperature of coals by holding palm over grill at cooking height.
7If the heat forces you to pull away in 4 seconds, coals are medium).
8Grill steak 12-16 min., turning once halfway through cooking time.
9Slice and serve.
10Serving suggestion: rice pilaf and green beans with almonds.
