| tsp | Szechuan peppercorns, roaste | | 2
| tsp | Soy sauce, dark | | 1/4

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine beef with marinade; let stand 20 min. heat oil in a wok or large skillet until very hot. | | 2 | Remove bbef from marinade and add to oil; stir-fry until brown (abt. | | 3 | 2 min). | | 4 | Remove and drain. | | 5 | Remove all but 1 tbs oil, reheat il and add chili peppers; stir-fry 10 sec. | | 6 | Add beef, orange peel and seasonings. | | 7 | Stir-fry 4 min, mixing well. | | 8 | Serve at once |
