1 clGarlic, crushed
1 1/4 cupWater
1 Celery, thinly sliced
(about 1 cup)
1 smallZucchini, sliced
(about 1 cup)
1 cupShredded cabbage
1/2 cupUncooked elbow macaroni
Or broken spaghetti
2 tspBeef bouillon granules
1 tspItalian seasoning
1 canWhole tomatoes, (28 ozs)
Undrained
1 canKidney beans, (8 ozs)
Undrained
1 canWhole kernel corn, (8 ozs)
Undrained
Grated parmesan cheese
Procedures:
1Recipe by: betty crocker"s cookbook cook ground beef, onion and garlic in dutch oven, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
2Stir in remaining ingredients except parmesan cheese.
3Break up tomatoes.
4Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
5Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender.
6Serve with grated parmesan cheese.
