Oregon hazelnut-orange-beef & broccoli

Ingredients:
3/4 lbsBeef top sirloin steak
-- well-trimmed, cut into
-- thin slices, about 1")
1 1/2 tbspSoy sauce
1 tspPowdered ginger
1 tbspVegetable oil
2 1/2 cupSmall broccoli florets
1 Red bell pepper, cut into
-- short, thin strips
2/3 cupSalsa sauce
1 tspSugar
1/3 cupOrange juice concentrate
-- undiluted
1 tbspCornstarch
5 Green onions
-- cut into ?inch pieces
3/4 cupRoasted & chopped hazelnuts
-- (Oregon hazelnuts)
Procedures:
1Slice meat into 1-inch pieces with all fat removed.
2Toss with soy sauce and ginger.
3Let stand for at least 10 minutes.
4Drain meat.
5Heat oil in frying pan and add the meat and quickly fry.
6Add the broccoli and red pepper.
7Add the salsa and cook until vegetables are tender crisp.
8Combine the orange juice and cornstarch and add to the meat mixture with the green onions and cook until thickened.
9Top with the hazelnuts and serve with rice, if desired.
