Ingredients:

| tsp | Powdered ginger | | 1
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 2 1/2
| cup | Small broccoli florets | | 1
| | Red bell pepper, cut into | | | -- short, thin strips | | 2/3
| cup | Salsa sauce | | 1
| tsp | Sugar | | 1/3
| cup | Orange juice concentrate | | | -- undiluted | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 5
| | Green onions | | | -- cut into ?inch pieces | | 3/4
| cup | Roasted & chopped hazelnuts | | | -- (Oregon hazelnuts) |

Procedures:
| 1 | Slice meat into 1-inch pieces with all fat removed. | | 2 | Toss with soy sauce and ginger. | | 3 | Let stand for at least 10 minutes. | | 4 | Drain meat. | | 5 | Heat oil in frying pan and add the meat and quickly fry. | | 6 | Add the broccoli and red pepper. | | 7 | Add the salsa and cook until vegetables are tender crisp. | | 8 | Combine the orange juice and cornstarch and add to the meat mixture with the green onions and cook until thickened. | | 9 | Top with the hazelnuts and serve with rice, if desired. | | 10 | * cookfdn brings you this recipe with permission |
